🛑 Intimate Wear Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, *all sales are final*. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference.
To ensure the best fit, please refer to the *detailed size chart* available on each product page before placing your order. If you need help, our support team is happy to guide you.
✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re committed to delivering the best quality. If you receive a product that is:
* Damaged
* Defective
* Different from what you ordered
You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
To qualify:
* Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
* You must share photos or video evidence clearly showing the issue
If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll process a full refund.
🔄 How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your Order ID and evidence of the issue (photo/video).
3. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 48–72 hours.

* No exchanges or refunds are possible for size-related issues or personal preference.
* Only products reported within 3 days and in unused condition will be eligible for an exchange.
* Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the original payment method.
