What is the dispatch time after placing an order?
We usually ship within 1-2 working days from the date of order confirmation, with real-time tracking via AWB for Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, Bluedart, Ecom & Shadowfax.
What is your usual delivery timeline after placing an order?
It generally takes 3 to 8 working days to deliver the order in any part of India. Since we are based in Delhi, Delhi-NCR orders take around 3 to 4 working days. Orders outside the Delhi region take around 6-8 days generally. A few exceptions could be there to these timelines because of some unforeseen reasons in logistics due to strikes, cancellation of flights, lockdowns, or in case of any natural calamity. We still try our best to meet our committed timelines in the majority of cases. Thanks
Is the Inventory readily available?
Yes, we only sell products that we have in ready stock for immediate dispatch to our prestigious customers.
What is the condition of the Items being shipped?
All the items displayed on our website are brand new, unused, and are shipped in Pantazy's original packaging.
How do I return an Item I purchased from your store?
The return process is pretty straightforward. Please refer to the article below to learn about our return/ exchange and refund policies.
Can I send an order to another address?
Yes, you can send your order to an address other than your registered address. Either place the ship-to address right there at the time of placing the order with us, or send us an email immediately after placing an order, before we dispatch your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you are willing to change an order, you have to ask for the cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order. The same goes for cancellation requests as well. We process refunds of cancelled orders within 24- 48 hours of our confirmation.
How much time does it take to process a refund?
We process all refunds within 48 hours upon receipt of the return item, if that qualifies for a refund as per our return policy. Refunds are made to the same source from which they were received in case of Prepaid orders.

I forgot to add a promo code to my order. Can it still be applied?
Sorry, unfortunately, that's not a possibility. Promo codes can only be applied in the shopping cart screen at the time of placing an order.
